The above licenses granted by you in User Videos terminate when you remove or delete your User Videos from the Website. The above licenses granted by you in User Comments are perpetual and irrevocable, but are otherwise without prejudice to your ownerships rights.
Content of your submission
You agree to comply with our guideline on submissions.
Removing Content
You can end your relationship with MotorhomeVideos at any time by removing your submissions. Contact us in writing if you wish to do this. We will check that you are the original supplier of the submission; if this is the case we shall remove the content submission within a reasonable time. MotorhomeVideos will not be held responsible for any delays in removing submission content. Your notice should be sent to our company address which is set out at the beginning of these Terms.
MotorhomeVideos may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:
A. you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or
B. MotorhomeVideos is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or
C. MotorhomeVideos is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services; or

Right of Refusal
MotorhomeVideos reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to decide whether Video Submissions comply with the content requirements set out in these Terms and may remove such Video Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading any Video or Content Submission which is in violation of these Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

General legal terms
If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which MotorhomeVideos is a part shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms and that such other companies shall be entitled to directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of the Terms which confers a benefit on (or rights in favour of) them. Other than this, no other person or company shall be a third party beneficiary of the Terms.
The Terms, and your relationship with MotorhomeVideos under the Terms, shall be governed by English law. You and MotorhomeVideos agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that MotorhomeVideos shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or other equivalent types of urgent legal remedy) in any jurisdiction.
